Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to all 50 US states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We don’t ship internationally yet, but we’re working on it.

Processing time. Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Pre-orders. Some products are available for pre-order before they’re in stock. Each product page shows its estimated ship date, and you’ll be charged when you place your order. If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, the whole order may ship together once everything is ready. If you’d rather get your in-stock items sooner, place two separate orders. If a pre-order is delayed, we’ll email you an updated ship date.

Shipping rates. Shipping is free on orders over $50.
